You can subscribe by signing up in ISACA SV chapter portal.

CPE certificates are usually sent within 1-2 weeks after the event. If you have not received the certificate even after 3-4 weeks, make sure:

1. It is not blocked by your spam filter.
2. ISACA SV email address is added to the safe senders list/contacts.
3. You have not unsubscribed to ISACA SV emails.

For ISACA members, if you have provided your member ID during event registration, chapter will endeavor to submit the CPEs to ISACA HQ. However members are required to login to ISACA website verify, accept and apply them towards your certification. 

It is a best practice to download a copy of your CPE certificates as soon as you receive them. We periodically archive our old events and the certificates may no longer be accessible. Please note If you are selected by ISACA for a CPE audit, you may be asked to submit a copy of your CPE certificate. CPE certificates may also be used to satisfy requirements for non – ISACA certifications such as CIA, CISSP etc.
