This Privacy Policy describes how the ISACA Silicon Valley Chapter (“ISACA-SV Chapter”) collects, uses, shares, and retains identifiable information you provide. The Policy is effective as of July 1, 2011. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by ISACA Silicon Valley Chapter (‘we” or “us”) at www.isaca-sv.org. It does not apply to information collected or used by ISACA International (“ISACA”) , including www.isaca.org (for the ISACA International Privacy Policy, please visit ISACA Privacy Policy – Your Privacy Rights). This Privacy Policy also does not cover the practices of ISACA Chapter business partners (such as vendors, sponsors, or advertisers), nor does it apply to personally identifiable information that we collect from or about our employees, consultants, contractors, vendors, sponsors, or advertisers.

From time to time, ISACA Silicon Valley Chapter may need to update or modify this Privacy Policy, including to address new issues or to reflect changes on our . II Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

ISACA Silicon valley aims to keep the costs minimum for such events. Also due to prior payments made to venue and instructor, no cash refund will be provided. If you cancel your registration one day prior to the event, a credit will be given to attend a future event (Meeting / Training) within 1 year of payment. No credit will be given for the cancellation request on the day of the event or later.

III Photography Policy

Photographs taken at the ISACA-SV events will be used in ISACA-SV Website, and other marketing materials.
